Cacao nib and Blueberry Protein Breakfast Loaf. 

This was a throw together protein brekkie cake bar to take for post workout refuel breakfast! 

It turned out to be so moist and delicious I had to make again (and again!) 

Recipe:

1 scoop of Vanilla whey from @myproteinuk 

1 scoop Miscellar Caesin for extra muscle repair

2 tbsp oats and 1 quinoa flour 

1 tbsp Ground almonds and a handful of walnuts

1/2 Courgette grated 

3 eggs 

1 tbsp soaked chia 

2 tbsp Nuts n More Nut butter 

1 cup soaked dates 

1 tbsp cacao nibs 

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

A handful of blueberries and raspberries 

Mix the dry ingredients and in a seperate bowl the liquid. Combine together and place in a lined tin. 

Bake at 180’C for about 30 mins (until the top is browned and just spoungey to touch.
