Black Bean Chocolate Truffles

These bites were a bit of an experiment with leftover black beans.

They taste surprisingly good and filled my sweet tooth after dinner or in today’s case were a delicious bite before yoga!


Blend 200ml black beans (cooked!) with 1 large tablespoon coconut oil in the food processor. 

Then add 3 tablespoons natural sweetner (agave, honey or date nectar). Finally 1 tablespoon cacao powder. 

Blend to make into a sticky consistency- add more coconut oil if needed. 

Take out the processor, mould into bite sized pieces, add some coconut if you fancy and put in the freezer to set for a few hours!
