These were super simple to wip up (made from just cacao powder and banana) and I added some nuts on top for decoration!
The cacao is rich in antioxidants and as the unrefined version of chocolate it can be eaten and enjoyed any day of the week- believe it or not a legit superfood.
I used Creative Nature Superfoods Cacao powder but you can find online if you don’t have access- I recommend Amazon for a quick buy.
Recipe
Mash 3 bananas with 2 to 3 tablespoons cacao (depending on the size of your bananas!)
Then optional add some vanilla essence of baking powder, or nuts or seeds!
Bake at 180 degrees for 15mins.
