Molten Cashew Cacao Protein Skillet Cake

This sweet treat brekkie was so delicious and made every extra burpee worth it!

I bought the skillet pan on a whim but it is great for baking, either a cookie or a cake like recipe. You could substitute for any baking dish, just make sure it’s oven proof!

Ingredients:

  • 20g vanilla protein whey (I used PHDnutrition)
  • 15g peanut or coconut flour
  • 15g cacao powder
  • 25g ground oats
  • 3 drops stevia or sweetner
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tblsp cashew butter
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon

 

Simply stir the dry ingredients together and then add the eggs and beat. Place into your pan and put on any toppings (I dropped in some walnuts) before spooning the nut butter right into the centre. Bake in a preheated oven at 180Degrees until the top is firm!
