Banana protein cupcake’s

Ok so maybe not the MOST appealing looking of my creations so far but these were very quick to make, use limited ingredients and definitely taste good.

(Recipe makes 6 cupcakes)

Ingredients 

  •  One large banana mashed
  • 35g coconut flour
  • 1scoop (25g) vanilla/cinnamon protein
  • 54g egg whites
  • 2 Eggs (or vegan alternative!)
  • Teaspoon baking powder
  • Teaspoon cinnamon

Simply mash the banana, beat in the eggs and egg whites and add all the remaining ingredients. Keep stirring until smooth batter and poor into cupcake cases.

Place in preheated oven at 180’C for about 15mins until firm!
