Apple Crumble Cake Bar

Perfect for a Sunday afternoon or post workout treat, free from refined sugars and like Winter in a cup! 


  • 80ml Milk
  • 1 Tblsp sweetener (honey)
  • 6 dates
  • 2 bananas 
  • 1tblsp vanilla 
  • 1 cup flour 
  • 1 cub oats
  • 1tblsp coconut flour 
  • 1 grated apple plus one sliced for topping


  1. Blend the milk, maple syrup, dates, vanilla and bananas in a food processor or bowl 
  2. Add the dry ingredients and stir well
  3. Pour into a lined baking tin and top with sliced apple 
  4. Bake at 160’C for about 20mins
