Perfect for a Sunday afternoon or post workout treat, free from refined sugars and like Winter in a cup!
Ingredients:
- 80ml Milk
- 1 Tblsp sweetener (honey)
- 6 dates
- 2 bananas
- 1tblsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cub oats
- 1tblsp coconut flour
- 1 grated apple plus one sliced for topping
Recipe
- Blend the milk, maple syrup, dates, vanilla and bananas in a food processor or bowl
- Add the dry ingredients and stir well
- Pour into a lined baking tin and top with sliced apple
- Bake at 160’C for about 20mins
