Nutribix Breakfast Protein Loaf Cake

This cheeky breakfast loaf was perfect start to the day, full of fibre and protein and low in fat!

Ingredients:

  • 2 nutribix soaked in half cup almond milk
  • 30g golden raisins
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 35g mocha whey protein
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon

Simply soak your nutribix for an hour or so, then add the dry ingredients followed by the eggs. Beat well.

Pour into a lined loaf tin (this was a mini one as recipe enough for two servings) and then bake for about 40mins.
