Ingredients
- 1tblsp coconut sugar
- 2tbslp coconut flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 tbsp peanut powder
- 1/2tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tblsp date nectar (or honey)
Mix the dry ingredients and add to the wet. Best together and then add some blueberries.
Roll into balls, press down onto a lined baking tray and bake in a hot oven (180’C) for about 10 mins, until starting to brown and firm to touch.
