Blueberry Protein cookies

Ingredients 

  • 1tblsp coconut sugar
  • 2tbslp coconut flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein 
  • 1 tbsp peanut powder 
  • 1/2tbsp coconut oil 
  • 1/3cup almond milk 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tblsp date nectar (or honey)

    Mix the dry ingredients and add to the wet. Best together and then add some blueberries.

    Roll into balls, press down onto a lined baking tray and bake in a hot oven (180’C) for about 10 mins, until starting to brown and firm to touch.
