Renamed the “Marky mix” in my family’s household as my sisters boyfriend who’s a keen sports player loves to snack on this after matches. Either way it’s delicious and very very addictive!
It can be made as a bar or into mini energy balls (takes patience to roll….) so I tend to just press down into a tray before chilling.
You make by blending all the below ingredients for about 5 minutes so they are thoroughly combined.
- 425g dates
- 425g chopped mix nuts
- 125g cranberries
- 2 Pinch Himalayan pink rock salt
- 100g pumpkin seeds
- 4tblsp coconut oil softened
- 3 tblsp cacao
Make sure you chill for the mix to solidify before serving!
