Christmas Time at The Trading House

I was excited to try out the new Christmas menu at the Trading House in central London – what better way to get into the Christmas Spirit.

The Christmas menu has to be kicked off with a mulled wine and The Trading House’s certainly doesn’t disappoint! With all the spices and chopped fruit it’s the perfect winter warmer and when it’s served in a cup I love it even more! Perfect accompaniment to the live pianist – the evening mood lighting and beautiful decor makes the perfect ambience.

The Christmas menu food options are everything you’d expect at Christmas time – and more. There’s the traditional turkey us a delicious butternut squash Wellington. I loved the avocado salsa in the starter and the chocolate fudge brownie -YUM!

The cocktails were also delicious and there were some twists on the usual drinks. The bartenders were helpful too in suggesting what to try and if you’re a fan of coconut then the “End of the Earth” cocktail is the one for you!

The Trading House is open for lunch or dinner and their website has the full menu on. Head there for your full dose of Christmas and please take me along too!
